Safe Sleep 101

Safe Sleep 101 is our award-winning, one-hour safe infant sleep class. This class is perfect for new parents, old parents, grandparents, babysitters, daycare workers, medical professionals and anybody who cares for an infant. You’ll learn about the most current evidence-based safe infant sleep recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, unsafe products currently being sold on the market and much more. Classes are offered in-person throughout Washington and Idaho and online via Zoom across the world.

Did you know that infant sleep safety can be as easy as ABC? Once you learn your ABCs, you’ll be able to ensure your baby is safe from accidental sleep-related death. A stands for Alone, B for Back, C for Crib and S for Smoke-Free. It’s really that simple. Click below to learn more.
